These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing goods, returns, and handling customer data in the Web Shop.
2. Products, Prices, and Payment
- All product prices are shown in EUR, USD, and PLN and include VAT (where applicable).
- Shipping costs are shown during checkout and depend on destination, weight, and shipping method.
- Accepted payments: bank wire transfer and online payment gateways (e.g., cards/PayPal—if available in your region).
- The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of full payment in the Web Shop’s bank account.
3. Order Placement and Fulfilment
To place an order, add items to the cart, provide required billing and shipping details, and choose delivery and payment methods. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will inform the buyer promptly and refund any payment within 14 days of such notice.
4. Delivery
- We ship worldwide. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer.
- Tracking is provided for most shipping methods.
- Estimated transit times: EU 3–7 working days; Rest of world 7–21 working days.
- Delays caused by customs or postal operators are outside our control.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Consumers purchasing remotely may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
- Send a withdrawal statement to electroware@electroware.pl including order number, contact details, and items being returned.
- Return the goods unused, in original condition and packaging, with the receipt/invoice, within 14 days of submitting the statement.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of shipment).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B (business) customers or to custom-made/modified/personalized items. We may deduct a reasonable amount if returned goods show use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
6. Warranty and Claims
- All Electroware products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- If a defect appears, contact us at electroware@electroware.pl or +48 530 310 175 within 2 months of discovering it.
- We will repair or replace faulty items; if impossible, we will refund the price paid.
- Normal wear, mechanical damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications are not covered.
7. Exchange of Goods
To exchange voluntarily, please return the item as per section 5 and place a new order for the desired product. We will refund the original order once the returned goods are received in perfect condition.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data (name, address, e-mail, phone, payment details) are processed only to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, and meet accounting/legal obligations. Data is shared only with payment processors and carriers necessary to complete delivery.
Electroware complies with the EU GDPR. You may request access, rectification, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting electroware@electroware.pl.
Marketing e-mails/newsletters are sent only with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each message or by contacting us.
9. Dispute Resolution
Please address complaints to electroware@electroware.pl. If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, consumers may use the European Commission’s ODR platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.
Polish consumers may also seek assistance from UOKiK: https://uokik.gov.pl/pomoc_dla_konsumentow.php.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU consumer law.
